Tea Promoters India was founded in 1980, with the intention of promoting sustainable tea cultivation through Organic, Biodynamic and Fairtrade practices. This holistic approach helps us produce the highest quality teas with full transparency and traceability. We grow and produce teas in four different geographies in India: Darjeeling, Assam, Dooars and South India.

Our teas are the result of careful handpicking of the finest buds and leaves. We make high quality leaf teas, silver tips, black teas, greens teas, oolong teas, flavoured teas, decaffeinated teas, chai teas and handmade speciality teas. In addition, we also offer organic ingredients and spices for custom blending.
Sustainable Cultivation
We are 100% organic and believe that soil fertility, plant growth and wildlife present in our tea farms are all ecologically interconnected. A diverse and balanced presence of flora and fauna contribute to healthy tea bushes. We don’t use pesticides but depend on predator insects to combat pests.
Innovative Packaging
Sustainable packaging has become a high priority for both brands and consumers. We offer plant based packaging materials, bio-degradable craft bags, and handmade wooden boxes for tea packaging. We also offer co-packing and packaging design services for custom orders.
